Reciprocating grate combustor – LAMDA STOKER

 

Multi staged Reciprocating grate for Indonesian coal, wood chips/wood waste, palm shell, Palm waste, pellets, coco shell, rice husk, mustard husk, high moisture fuel, fibrous type of Biomass

  • The Combustion grate is a Multi staged reciprocating grate consisting of special alloy bars that push the Agro waste along the combustion grate carpet at adapted to the actual boiler load.
  • The combustion grate is divided in zones (drying, gasification, carbon combustion and burnout), each with separate combustion air supply and speed of grate bars.
  • High turn-down ratio, which is not possible for any other solid fuel combustion system.
  • Inclined grate, staircase system to move fuel slowly forward to break-up eventual solidified slag and avoid build-up of ash clumps in the grate

 

Travelling Grate Stoker – UNIVERSAL STOKER

 

For Indonesian coal, indian coal

  • Can accept fuels from 1 mm to 50 mm size. Compared to conventional moving chain grates which accept min 10 mm size fuel, otherwise smaller fuel will fall down.
  • Suitable for Multi-fuels like wood-chips, coal, palm shells, agro-pellets, agro-briquettes
  • High turn-down ratio greater than 1:3, which is not possible for any other solid fuel combustion system.
  • Proper uniform feeding and proper combustion of fuels through various controlled Air inlet zones in grate design
  • Online changing of damaged grate bars is possible without having to stop the boiler
  • Automated operation of fuel feeding and ash removal from grate
  • Compared to Fluidized bed, 70% power saving of FD fan. No fuel crusher required for coal/biomass. Minimum fuel handling cost. No need of Fluidized bed operator.
  • No heavy civil foundations required as in case of Fluidized bed boilers
  • Compared to Manual fired boilers, no fire-man/ operator required.
  • High combustion efficiency of >95% compared to 80-85% for stationary combustion grate/dumping grate.
  • Automated ash removal from bottom ash screw, no manual intervention. (optional scope)
  • Economical design compared to other type of expensive moving grates.

Fluidized bed combustor for High Ash / low calorific coal, rice husk, etc
